These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProjectBUILD platform (projectbuild.contractors), operated by BF Remodeling LLC ("BF Remodeling," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Use of the Platform

ProjectBUILD is a project management and client communication platform designed for remodeling and construction professionals. You may use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including those governing electronic communications
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform
  • Interfere with the operation of the platform or the servers that host it
  • Use the platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair it

2. SMS Terms

ProjectBUILD enables you to send SMS messages to your clients for operational purposes such as appointment confirmations and scheduling notifications. By using the SMS features of this platform, you and your clients agree to the following:

Program Description

SMS messages sent through ProjectBUILD are operational notifications only — appointment reminders, schedule confirmations, and project status updates sent on behalf of BF Remodeling LLC to clients who have provided their phone number in connection with a remodeling project or service inquiry.

Consent

By providing a phone number to BF Remodeling LLC, clients consent to receive operational SMS messages related to their project or scheduled appointment. Consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency

Message frequency is low and varies based on project activity — typically one to a few messages per scheduled event. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any SMS message to unsubscribe and stop receiving messages. You will receive a one-time confirmation message confirming your opt-out. No further messages will be sent.

Reply HELP for help. You may also contact us directly at info@bfremodel.com .

No Marketing SMS

We do not send marketing or promotional text messages through this platform. All SMS communications are strictly operational.

No Sharing of Phone Numbers

We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or your clients' phone numbers with third parties for their marketing purposes.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include all major US carriers.

3. Payment and Billing

Certain features of ProjectBUILD may require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law or as otherwise stated in a separate agreement.

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of any price changes.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BF REMODELING LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "last updated" date. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
