Google account connections and data

You choose whether to connect a Google account. ProjectBUILD requests your primary Google email address to identify the connected account, read-only Gmail access for business email features, and read-only Google Calendar access for calendar and scheduling views. The Google connection does not grant ProjectBUILD permission to send, change or delete Gmail messages, or to create, change or delete calendar events.

What we access and why

• Account identity: your Google email address and connection status help associate the correct mailbox with your authorized ProjectBUILD account.
• Gmail: message identifiers, thread identifiers, dates, senders, recipients, subjects, message content and relevant authentication headers support email views, business follow-through and detection of supported lead alerts. Authenticated GoHighLevel conversation alerts can create or link pipeline leads when automatic lead intake is enabled. Only details present in the supported alert are imported.
• Calendar: calendar identifiers and names, event identifiers, titles, status, start and end times support calendar views and scheduling context.
• Offline access: when you enable background work, a securely stored OAuth refresh token lets ProjectBUILD perform the permitted checks while you are away. You can pause background work in BUILD Assistant.

Storage, retention and deletion

Google OAuth credentials are stored on the server and are not shown in the public site or assistant responses. The application uses server-side storage and infrastructure provided by Supabase and Cloudflare through Sites. Imported emails, calendar records, source references, lead records and assistant activity may be retained in the private application to provide the requested features. Import and display windows are not automatic deletion policies. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic deletion period to all imported records.

You may request deletion of stored Google data and credentials by contacting info@bfremodel.com. We verify the request before deleting the requested operational records, subject to applicable legal retention requirements. Disconnecting access does not automatically delete information previously imported into ProjectBUILD. You can revoke ProjectBUILD's access in your Google Account connections at any time; revocation stops future API access.

AI features and service providers

When you request an AI feature in BUILD Assistant, the relevant information retrieved for that request, which can include imported email content or derived business records, may be sent to OpenAI's API to produce the response. This processing is limited to providing the feature you requested. ProjectBUILD does not use Google user data to train or improve generalized AI or machine-learning models. Routine background findings and lead-alert matching use application rules.

Google data is shared with service providers only as necessary to provide the features you authorize, for security, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a business transfer after obtaining your explicit prior consent. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising or retargeting, or use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending. Human access to Google data is limited to your specific affirmative agreement, necessary security investigation, applicable law, or aggregated internal operations as permitted by Google's policies.

Google Limited Use

ProjectBUILD's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. This section governs Google user data if another provision of this policy is broader.

BF Remodeling LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ProjectBUILD platform (projectbuild.contractors). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information about our users and their clients.

We collect information that you provide directly to us, including:

• Account information (name, email address, company name and details)
• Client contact information you enter, including phone numbers and email addresses
• Project data, schedules, and documentation
• Payment and billing information
• Communication history (SMS messages, call logs, email threads)
• Device and usage information (browser type, IP address, pages visited)

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and improve the ProjectBUILD platform
• Send operational SMS messages on your behalf to your clients (appointment confirmations, schedule updates)
• Process payments and invoicing
• Send account-related notifications and service updates
• Respond to support requests
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience

ProjectBUILD sends SMS messages to your clients on your behalf for operational purposes, such as appointment scheduling confirmations and project updates. The following terms apply to all SMS communications sent through this platform:

• Opt-Out: Recipients can reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages. No further messages will be sent after a STOP request.
• Help: Recipients can reply HELP for assistance. Support is available at info@bfremodel.com .
• Message Frequency: Message frequency is low and operational only — typically one to a few messages per scheduled appointment or project event. Message and data rates may apply.
• No Marketing Use: SMS messages sent through ProjectBUILD are strictly operational (appointment confirmations, scheduling notifications). We do not send unsolicited marketing or promotional text messages.

SMS communications are delivered via Twilio. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information or your clients' personal information — including phone numbers — to third parties for marketing purposes.

We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service Providers: With vendors who help operate the platform (e.g., Twilio for SMS delivery, Supabase for data storage, Stripe for payments). These providers are contractually bound to protect your data.
• Legal Requirements: When required by law, court order, or government request.
• Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to confidentiality obligations.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. All information is stored on secure servers with encryption in transit and at rest. We regularly review and update our security practices to ensure the safety of your information. No method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete data
• Request deletion of your account and associated data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Opt out of certain data processing activities
